Become an AI expert.Go for a walk.
Things you've been told, and what I'd say instead.
- Keep up with every release.Keep up with your kid's schedule.
- Transform your business.Stop re-deciding dinner.
- Learn prompt engineering.Talk normally.
- Ten-x your productivity.Reply to that email.
- Build your second brain.Use the first one less.
A free walk.
A lighter week.
We walk somewhere in Toronto, or talk on the phone if you're not here. You tell me how your week actually goes: what you do, what you avoid, what taps you on the shoulder at 11pm. I listen for the parts that don't need you.
The whole commitment
- Length
- About 45 minutes
- Where
- On foot in Toronto. A phone call if you're elsewhere.
- Cost
- Free
- Prep
- None. Shoes.
- Pitch
- Also none. There's no deck.
- You get
- A short note from me the next day: where your week goes, and the one thing I'd hand over first.
Then nothing happens unless you want it to. The note is yours either way.
Things I no longer do by hand.
From my own life and my own business. Most of them boring. That's the point.
- My inbox writes its own first drafts. I read them with a coffee and send the good ones. Most mornings. One afternoon to set up.
- My family has one place where the school dates, the groceries and the plans live. Nobody has to ask me.Replaced the group chat nobody read.
- At my dance studio the front desk pastes in a member's email and gets the whole history and a draft reply.Staff still press send. On purpose.
- New reviews of my studio get a draft reply within the hour. I read it, change a word, post it.An easy first step for any business that gets reviews. About an hour to set up.
- A set of questions interviews each new hire about their job and writes it all down.So the next hire doesn't start from zero.
If the note lands.
Two ways to keep going. Both at your pace. Nothing new until the last thing feels normal.
The monthly
Five things ready to go, and an hour with me to put one of them in place.
- Five ready-to-implement options, picked for how you actually live and work
- One hour together to set one of them up
- Inside the apps you already have, where possible
- Want more hand-holding? Add office hours whenever you like
Office hours
Extra hand-holding when you want it. One specific thing, done together.
- No package, no minimum
- Book as many or as few as you need
- You keep whatever we set up
Short answers.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. If you can send a voice note you're overqualified.
- Which AI do you use?
- Whichever fits you. I don't sell software, I don't have a favourite, and nobody pays me to recommend anything. Familiar beats clever. Cheap beats fancy. Boring is a feature.
- What if I don't like the change?
- We undo it. Comfort is the whole point.
- Why a walk?
- Because people think better on their feet, and the useful stuff comes out between sentences.
- Why the name?
- Because "fuck with it" is the right energy. Curious. Unprecious. You don't have to master AI. You have to be willing to mess about with it, with someone beside you who already has.
